Description
VesterbyCrea.No.47 is a sweater knitted with teardrop-shaped cables. The design is knitted from the top down. The back piece is started first, worked with cables and increases on each side. The front pieces are knitted one at a time with a few increases to shape the neckline, then joined to form the front piece. The front is worked back and forth with cables. The body is created by joining the front and back pieces and continuing in the round with cables, finishing with a ribbed edge and tubular Italian bind-off. The sleeves are picked up along the armholes, knitted in moss stitch, and finished with a ribbed edge and tubular Italian bind-off. The neckline is picked up, knitted in rib, and finished with a tubular Italian bind-off. The sweater is seamless.

GAUGE
Stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles: 20 sts / 30 rows per 10 x 10 cm
Pattern repeat (8 sts x 4 rows) = 3.0 x 1.5 cm
