Description
VesterbyCrea.No.40 Cardigan is a cardigan worked in lace pattern. The model is worked top down. In the beginning of the yoke the back is worked in lace pattern. The front pieces are worked one at a time in picked up stitches from the top edge of the back piece. Decreases are worked on each front piece to create the V neck of the cardigan. The body is created by joining the front and the back piece and then worked flat in lace pattern. The body is finished with a ribbing and stretchy bind off. The sleeves stitches are picked up along the armhole and then worked in the round in lace pattern and finished with a ribbing and tubular italian bind off. Then stitches are picked up along the front edges to create a wide button band in ribbing. Buttons are sewn onto the button band. The cardigan is seamless.
