Address and email information
Always make sure that you have provided your address and email address correctly.

If there is an error in the provided email address, you will not receive an order confirmation of your order with a link to download the knitting pattern.

VesterbyCrea accepts online payments with Stripe and PayPal.

Once you have placed an order, the system will automatically send you an order confirmation by email with a link to download your knitting pattern. Please note, however, that this automatic email is not a legally binding order confirmation, but an electronic receipt acknowledging that your order has been received.

You can download your knitting pattern via this link at any time, with no time limit.

Right of withdrawal on digital goods
By purchasing digital goods/recipes, you also accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal on the digital product lapses.
